Built and led the cloud infrastructure and security function for a logistics platform, combining hands-on architecture with organisational leadership. Designed the hiring process, interviewed dozens of software engineering and DevOps candidates, and managed GCP Kubernetes infrastructure supporting Shell logistics ventures.

Designed the infrastructure delivery model across deployment pipelines, centrally governed Terraform foundations and developer-managed CloudFormation stacks, defining reusable modules, ownership boundaries and policy controls to increase delivery autonomy without weakening shared security. Also designed and owned a multi-tenant GraphQL Core API using AWS serverless services.

Combined software and platform engineering by building partner integrations and a mobile ticket-validation application. Led a full overhaul of the AWS environment, implementing scalable, highly available architecture while improving executive data visibility, monitoring, incident response and developer automation, and reducing cloud costs by 90%.
